Sample Policy
Sample charge needs to be paid in advance. And we may refund it or deduct it from the nearest order for a 40-foot high cube (HQ) container. For large-scale mass production orders, samples are free.
Guarantee
Warranty is 12 months for motor, battery, controller and structure, and warranty for display is normally 6 months. Special requirements should be discussed with the customer.
Export/Import Support
We may give 1% of major parts free for after-sales service if the order quantity is not less than 40'HQ X 1. We work with customers for customized logos or carton designs.
